About the Program
This 8-week structured group therapy program is designed for individuals aged 18 and older who have a history of depression and anxiety. Using evidence-based mindfulness practices, participants will develop tools for emotional regulation, stress management, and self-awareness. The program also focuses on techniques to reduce anxious thinking and depressive symptoms, body awareness, emotional tracking, compassionate self-reflection, and group-based support and shared healing.
