Rebuilding Life After Crisis
When you’ve made it through hard times, sometimes the hardest part is figuring out what comes next.
Whether you’re moving forward after homelessness, CPS involvement, legal problems, or other life challenges, Mairi helps individuals and families find stability, healing, and direction.
You’ve already taken the biggest steps — finding resources, safety, and housing. You’ve come a long way — and now it’s time to build a life that feels safe, stable, and yours.
Mairi Regalado, Associate Clinical Social Worker, works with individuals and families who are transitioning out of crisis and into rebuilding. Her approach is compassionate, practical, and empowering — helping you heal from what’s happened while creating a plan for what’s next.
