This 8-week program explores how substance use affects mental, emotional, physical, and relational well-being. Participants will gain insight into the cycle of addiction, the impact on the brain and behavior, and the influence on family dynamics and self-worth. Through guided self-assessments, psychoeducation, and strength-based planning, participants will identify triggers, develop coping strategies, and build a recovery plan supported by resources and community support.
