Managing Anger, Stress and Emotional Reactivity

Group will meet on Wednesdays from 11am to 12:30pm (PST) for 8 weeks

This is an online, 8-week Anger Management group that is designed to understand, assess and process anger and the effects that anger can have on one’s mind, body, behavior, and life.

This program is designed for individuals who experience emotional overwhelm, frustration, or reactive behavior — and want practical tools to respond more effectively.

8-Week Anger Management Program

  • Week 1: Introduction, What is Anger, Getting to Know Your Anger, Define Resilience

  • Week 2: Events and Cues, Monitoring Anger

  • Week 3: Anger Control Plans & Relaxation Techniques

  • Week 4: The Aggression Cycle

  • Week 5: Cognitive Restructuring

  • Week 6: Assertiveness and Conflict Resolution

  • Week 7: Anger and the Family

  • Week 8: Review, Closing, and Recommendations

🗂 Intake Requirement

  • New clients: In order to to use insurance, an intake/assessment appointment is required prior to joining the group.

Intake sessions are billed separately and may be covered by insurance, depending on your plan.
