Aimee Stroup is passionate about helping individuals, families, and communities heal from trauma, strengthen resilience, and rediscover balance through every stage of life. She provides therapy and education for adults, adolescents, and families, with special attention to trauma recovery, intergenerational healing, and life transitions.

Aimee’s approach is warm, intuitive, and grounded in both evidence-based practice and holistic wellness principles. She understands that healing requires tending to the whole person — mind, body, and spirit — while also recognizing the impact of poverty, culture, and community systems on well-being.

Her mission is to create spaces where people feel safe to grow, learn, and reconnect — with themselves, with each other, and with the sense of hope that fuels change.
