This is a 8-week group that is designed to understand, assess and process anger and the effects that anger can have on one’s mind, body and behavior.

Week 2: Events and Cues, Monitoring Anger
Week 3: Anger Control Plans & Relaxation Techniques
Week 4: The Aggression Cycle
Week 5: Cognitive Restructuring
Week 6: Assertiveness and Conflict Resolution
Week 7: Anger and the Family
Week 8: Review, Closing, and Recommendations
